Crypto US Stock Futures are innovative financial derivatives that bridge US-listed company stocks with the cryptocurrency market through futures contracts. Investors can use cryptocurrencies (such as USDT) as margin to trade US stock price movements without holding the actual stocks.

1. Core Features of MEXC US Stock Futures

1) Trading hours are subject to actual display on the trading page.

2) The underlying price is pegged to ONDO tokenized stocks and may differ from real-time actual US stock prices.

3) Supports long, short, and other standard operations. Leverage ratios vary by US stock futures pair, subject to page display.

4) Utilizes the perpetual futures trading mode, offering simple operation and effectively lowering the investment threshold.

2. How to Trade US Stock Futures on MEXC

The MEXC US Stock Futures platform has launched multiple US stock futures pairs, including COINHOODNVDAAAPLAMZNGOOGLMETATSLAMCD, and will continue expanding its offerings to meet users' diverse trading needs.

MEXC US Stock Futures employ the same trading methodology as cryptocurrency perpetual futures, with a unified interface that significantly lowers the participation threshold and enhances the trading experience.

You can directly enter the US stock futures trading pair in the search box on the Futures trading page, or select the Stock section to begin trading.

On the App's Futures trading page, you can also enter the US stock futures name in the search box to start trading. For optimal experience, we recommend upgrading the MEXC App to version 6.17.0 or higher.

Please note: US Stock Futures only support isolated margin mode and do not support cross margin mode.

3. Important Notes for MEXC US Stock Futures Trading

1) Trading Hours and Holidays: Please monitor market opening hours, closing hours, and holiday schedules.
  • Winter Time: UTC+8 Monday 00:00 to Saturday 08:30
  • Summer Time: UTC+8 Monday 00:00 to Saturday 07:30
During holidays and market closures, trading functions are suspended, and orders cannot be placed or closed.

2) Operations During Market Closure: During market closure, you can cancel unfilled orders or add margin, but cannot place new orders or close positions. If concerned about price fluctuations affecting your position, we recommend closing positions before market closure.

3) Funding FeesDescription: US Stock perpetual futures are currently exempt from funding fees.

4) Overnight and Opening Risks: The fair price at market opening may significantly differ from the previous closing price, and holding overnight positions carries elevated risks. Please manage risks proactively.

5) LeverageRisk Warning: US Stock Futures support leveraged trading. Leverage amplifies both profits and losses, with risks of liquidation and account deficit. Please select leverage ratios carefully.

6) Individual Stock Special Event Handling: When individual stocks undergo special events such as ex-dividend distributions, reverse splits, or stock splits, stock prices may experience significant volatility. The platform will implement an early settlement plan to uniformly settle user positions. Normal trading will resume post-settlement. Please monitor related announcements.

Notes:
1) Ex-Dividend Distribution: Listed companies distribute profits to shareholders in cash or stock form and adjust the stock price on the ex-dividend date.
2) Stock Split: Increases the number of outstanding shares, reduces the price per share, and enhances liquidity, typically reflecting the company's confidence in future performance.
3) Reverse Split (also known as share consolidation or reverse stock split): Reduces the number of outstanding shares and increases the price per share, commonly used when stock prices are low to avoid delisting or increase earnings per share.

4. MEXC US Stock Futures FAQ

4.1 How is the fair price calculated?

The fair price is pegged to the ONDO tokenized US stock spot index price and may differ from real-time actual US stock prices.

4.2 How are funding fees charged?

Unlike standard perpetual futures, US Stock Futures currently do not charge funding fees.

4.3 How is PNL calculated?

US Stock Futures trading PNL is fundamentally based on price differentials (Note: leverage amplifies PNL, and actual gains or losses depend on leverage ratio and position size).

Calculation Formula: PNL = (Closing Price - Opening Price) × Contract Multiplier × Number of Shares Traded × Direction Coefficient (Long is +1, Short is -1)

Examples:

1) Long Profit: Purchase 1 share of Apple (AAPL) at $100, contract multiplier is 1, and close the position when the price rises to $105.
Profit = (105 - 100) × 1 × 1 = $5

2) Short Profit: Sell 1 share of Tesla (TSLA) at $200 and close the position when the price drops to $195.
Profit = (195 - 200) × 1 × 1 × (-1) = $5

4.4 What is the risk management mechanism?

MEXC employs a risk management mechanism consistent with mainstream perpetual futures:
1) The system monitors the position margin rate in real-time
2) Margin rate is calculated based on the fair price
3) When the margin rate falls to the preset liquidation threshold, the system automatically triggers liquidation to control potential losses
