FRISCO, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Ratcliffe Family has completed the sale of approximately 100 acres of prime land located at the intersection of PGA Parkway and Hillcrest Road in Frisco, Texas, to Sobha Realty, a global luxury real estate developer.
