Ethereum transactions can now be preconfirmed in under 200 milliseconds, thanks to Primev’s new FAST RPC technology. This innovation allows for faster Ether transfers, smart contract interactions, and NFT minting. Primev’s FAST RPC aims to offer Ethereum users nearly instant transaction preconfirmation, setting it apart from other RPC solutions.
Primev’s FAST RPC provides users with preconfirmation signals within 200 milliseconds. These signals indicate that a transaction will likely be included in the next block. By enabling near-instant transaction confirmation, Ethereum transactions become significantly faster, drastically reducing waiting times.
The technology works by connecting crypto wallets to blockchain nodes, which allows users to send transactions quickly. The FAST RPC ensures a smooth and efficient interaction between users and decentralized applications on the Ethereum blockchain. Primev’s founder, Murat Akdeniz, highlighted the technology’s capabilities in a recent demonstration.
In a live demo, Akdeniz showed an ETH transfer completed in just 377 milliseconds. This transfer was preconfirmed and included in the same block, proving the efficiency of the new technology. According to Akdeniz, the team has been working for over two years to enhance Ethereum’s transaction speed.
Although RPCs like Infura and Alchemy dominate the Ethereum space, Primev’s FAST RPC offers a notable speed advantage. Infura and Alchemy serve an extensive network, but are not as quick as Primev’s solution. The new RPC could offer Ethereum users a better experience for transactions directly on the Ethereum mainnet.
Users can integrate Primev’s FAST RPC easily by replacing Infura or Alchemy in their crypto wallet settings. Once connected, they can enjoy faster Ethereum transactions. However, users must deposit funds into Primev’s “gas tank” at a specific wallet address to initiate service usage.
Primev’s technology may offer a faster Ethereum experience, particularly for those who prefer to avoid Ethereum layer-2 solutions. The reduced transaction time could be a game-changer for Ethereum users seeking quicker and more efficient blockchain interactions.
