Solana Prospera Helps Founders Build Resilience

2025/12/03 02:22

The root cause of startup failure is often personal to the founder:

  • 50%+ of founders experience burnout each year;
  • 46% say their mental health is “bad” or “very bad”;
  • 75% report anxiety; 54% suffer from insomnia;
  • 35% admit neglecting their health due to work stress;
  • 64% spend less time with friends and family, hurting relationships.

This is exactly why Solana Prospera was created.

Starting Point

The journey began with the {3S} Solana Scaling Summer acceleration program, which ran for 3 months in collaboration with the Kumeka Team. The program supported early-stage Solana founders through mentorship, technical guidance, and weekly product reviews, helping them refine their ideas and move toward real market readiness.

Among the standout participants were:

Stakenova – platform to stake SOL and earn USDC;

MnM – leveraged LPing on the DLMM;

Light – private DeFi: payments, swaps, yield;

Primeskill – Web3 gaming studio;

Joy – AAA Web3 gaming console.

The Real Goal

But acceleration alone is not enough. Founders can build faster and ship more efficiently, yet many still struggle with energy, focus, stress, and long-term resilience. This is often where even strong teams begin to slow down.

Most programs ignore this, but not the Solana Prospera Longevity Bootcamp from Venture Launch, led by its founders Ivan, Dima, and Taras.

Inspired by the principles of Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint, the Solana Prospera program was designed to help founders grow their startups while staying healthy, focused, and resilient.

Inside the Program

The bootcamp brought 36 participants to Prospera, a special economic zone on the island of Roatán, Honduras. Over 29 days, the bootcamp included:

  • 60 wellness sessions such as yoga, meditation, workouts, cold plunges, and running;
  • 25 business, community, and longevity workshops;
  • 16 social activities, including snorkeling, charity events, cacao ceremonies, healthy parties, ecstatic dance, and plogging.

The results clearly show that the program delivered on its mission:

  • 80% of participants joined wellness activities at least four times per week;
  • 100% reported an increase in energy, focus, and resilience;
  • 100% said they would recommend the program to their friends;
  • 4.7/5 average rating across all program components.

Upcoming Programs

Solana Prospera was the second longevity-focused bootcamp organized by Venture Launch. The first, Solana Temple, took place in early 2025 on the magical island of Bali and gathered more than 100 participants.

The demand is clear. Founders recognize the problem Venture Launch is helping them solve: the need to recharge their bodies and minds, learn more about Solana, and build meaningful new connections. The consistent turnout shows that this blend of wellness, education, and community is not only valuable but necessary.

If you feel that you could benefit from this type of program, stay tuned for upcoming Venture Launch bootcamps or join the waitlist using the link below.

Key Takeaways Ethereum’s new roadmap was presented by Vitalik Buterin at the Japan Dev Conference. Short-term priorities include Layer 1 scaling and raising gas limits to enhance transaction throughput. Vitalik Buterin presented Ethereum’s development roadmap at the Japan Dev Conference today, outlining the blockchain platform’s priorities across multiple timeframes. The short-term goals focus on scaling solutions and increasing Layer 1 gas limits to improve transaction capacity. Mid-term objectives target enhanced cross-Layer 2 interoperability and faster network responsiveness to create a more seamless user experience across different scaling solutions. The long-term vision emphasizes building a secure, simple, quantum-resistant, and formally verified minimalist Ethereum network. This approach aims to future-proof the platform against emerging technological threats while maintaining its core functionality. The roadmap presentation comes as Ethereum continues to compete with other blockchain platforms for market share in the smart contract and decentralized application space. EUR/USD posts modest gains near 1.1650 amid Fed rate cut bets

EUR/USD posts modest gains near 1.1650 amid Fed rate cut bets

The post EUR/USD posts modest gains near 1.1650 amid Fed rate cut bets appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The EUR/USD pair posts modest gains around 1.1645 during the early Asian session on Monday. The prospect of a US Federal Reserve (Fed) rate cut at its December meeting on Wednesday could weigh on the US Dollar (USD) against the Euro (EUR). Later on Monday, the German Industrial Production and Eurozone Sentix Investor Confidence reports will be published.  Markets are currently pricing in a nearly  87% probability of a 25 basis points (bps) rate reduction, which would bring the federal funds rate down to a target range of 3.75%-4.00%. Traders will closely monitor the press conference and a Summary of Economic Projections, or ‘dot-plot,’ for fresh impetus. If the US central bank delivers a “hawkish cut,” this could support the Greenback and act as a headwind for the major pair.  “We expect to see some dissents, potentially from both hawkish and dovish members,” said BNY’s head of markets macro strategy Bob Savage in a note to clients. Across the pond, the Eurozone inflation came in slightly higher than expected in November, reducing the immediate pressure for a rate cut from the European Central Bank (ECB). Economists expect the ECB to keep rates on hold at the upcoming meeting on December 18. Growing expectation that the ECB is done cutting interest rates could underpin the EUR against the Greenback in the near term.  Goldman Sachs analysts anticipate the deposit rate will stay at 2.0% throughout 2026 unless inflation significantly decreases. Meanwhile, Deutsche Bank economists see a probability of a 25 basis point (bps) rate hike by the end of 2026, citing inflationary pressure. Euro FAQs The Euro is the currency for the 20 European Union countries that belong to the Eurozone. It is the second most heavily traded currency in the world behind the US Dollar. In 2022, it accounted for 31% of all foreign exchange transactions,…
