Vietnam Explores Independent Digital Asset Regulatory Framework to Modernize Financial System
According to Odaily Planet Daily, Vietnam’s Decision No. 1413/QD-TTg, signed in July 2026, proposes exploring an independent regulatory framework for digital assets as part of broader efforts to modernize the financial system and align more closely with global markets. Ethereum Glamsterdam Upgrade Raises Sepolia Block Gas Limit to Nearly 200 Million
According to CoinDesk, Ethereum’s Glamsterdam upgrade has raised the Sepolia testnet block Gas limit from roughly 60 million to nearly 200 million as developers test whether higher capacity can support more payments and transactions. Early test blocks used only 26% to 46% of available capacity, while a six-minute voting round produced all planned blocks and saw 99.97% of eligible staking weight participate in finalization.
