XRPL privacy tools, ZK tokens, and user-owned identity gain attention after new proof-based transaction claims.

XRPL privacy has become a new focus after claims about zero-knowledge proof tools, private tokens, and user-owned identity.

The debate now centers on whether the XRP Ledger can support private identity, private transactions, and portable credentials without giving control to governments, banks, or large platforms.

XRPL Privacy Sparks User-Owned ID Talk

Ripple-linked discussions have placed blockchain identity back in focus. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has been quoted as saying, “The government owns your identity.”

He also said blockchain-based identity could help reduce state control over personal documents.

The idea is linked to user-owned identity. In this model, a person controls access to records.

These records may include KYC files, licenses, certificates, or work credentials. The user can share proof without exposing all private data.

Ripple President Monica Long has also discussed decentralized identity on XRPL. Her comments have been linked to portable, user-controlled data.

The model also uses zero-knowledge proofs, known as ZK proofs. ZK proofs allow one party to prove information without revealing the full data.

This can support privacy in finance, identity, and compliance. It can also help users prove facts without sharing full documents.

ZK Tokens And Private Transactions Gain Attention

The latest debate gained pace after DNAOnChain said it completed a ZK-proof privacy transaction on XRPL.

The transaction used its portable private digital token, XDNA. Supporters said this showed a new privacy layer for the XRP Ledger.

The project has described the process as “Lab data → ZK proof → XRPL anchor.” It also said the system is “All verifiable.

All private.” The phrase refers to a model where source data is checked, converted into proof, and anchored on XRPL.

DNAOnChain says the work is currently operating on the XRPL Testnet. It also says pilot programs are underway across multiple countries using DNA Protocol.

These claims place the project in an early testing stage, not full public rollout.

Boundless has also been linked to XRPL for ZK-proof technology. This has added to wider interest in privacy tools on the ledger.

ZK systems are now seen as a key part of blockchain identity projects.

Epstein Claims Add Political Context To Ripple Debate

Online claims have also tied Ripple’s legal battles to Jeffrey Epstein-related emails.

These claims say Ripple was viewed as a “threat to their ecosystem.” They also claim Epstein wanted control over ZCash keys.

These claims remain part of public online debate, but they need careful review.

Court records, emails, and verified documents should be checked before firm claims are made. Ripple’s actual legal fight with the SEC centered on XRP sales and securities law.

Coinbase has also been mentioned in the debate because of its policy positions.

Some XRP supporters argue that Coinbase has opposed Ripple on market structure rules. The Clarity Act debate has increased attention on crypto regulation.

The wider issue is digital identity. Governments and private firms are exploring digital ID systems.

XRPL supporters say user-owned identity may offer another path. It may let users prove identity while keeping control of personal data.

For now, the XRPL privacy story is still developing. ZK tokens, private transactions, and decentralized identity remain early areas.

The main question is whether these tools can work at scale under real compliance rules.
