An Epstein survivor identified as "Roza" testified before the House Oversight Committee on Tuesday, condemning the Justice Department (DOJ) for exposing her identity in the released Epstein-related files, failing to protect her anonymity under the name "Jane Doe."

Roza said her name appeared “over 500 times,” while powerful figures received redactions, leaving her unable to live without fear.

She recounted meeting French model scout Jean-Luc Brunel at age 18 in 2008, who recruited her as a model and facilitated her U.S. immigration.

Brunel's modeling agency, MC2 Model Management, was financed by Epstein, according to The Daily Beast.

Roza stated that the sexual abuse began when Epstein was serving an 18-month sentence for a child abuse conviction, despite the FBI identifying at least 40 potential minor victims. She characterized the DOJ's failure as deliberate, saying, "Releasing my name while redacting the names of other powerful figures is not a mistake, it's a choice."

Representative Robert García (D-CA) described her testimony as a "horrific example" of DOJ-inflicted survivor re-traumatization.
