The post Top 3 Meme Coins to Buy as Bitcoin’s Final Act in Q4 is Set to Push It Past $130,000 appeared first on Coinpedia Fintech News

Bitcoin (BTC) continues to dominate market sentiment in 2025, with analysts suggesting its final quarter rally could push the leading cryptocurrency past the $130,000 threshold.

Such a breakout is often followed by an altcoin rotation, during which meme coins typically experience amplified gains.  While projects like Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB) may benefit, newer entrants appear poised to capture outsized attention. Among them, Little Pepe (LILPEPE), Floki Inu (FLOKI), and Mog Coin (MOG) stand out as speculative opportunities.

Little Pepe (LILPEPE) — The Layer 2 Meme Revolution

Little Pepe (LILPEPE) has quickly become one of the most closely watched presales in 2025. Currently in Stage 13 at $0.0022 per token, the project has already raised $26.6 million out of a target of $28.7 million, with more than 94% of its allocation sold. Its presale momentum suggests strong community participation, which has historically been a key driver of meme coin adoption.

Unlike Dogecoin or SHIB, Little Pepe positions itself not only as a meme coin but also as a dedicated Layer 2 blockchain for meme culture. The chain is expected to provide ultra-low fees, rapid finality, and an ecosystem built around meme-driven projects. This dual identity as both a meme coin and an infrastructure project may allow it to carve out a unique role in the market. Little Pepe’s Mega Giveaway targets top buyers in stages 12-17 to enhance community loyalty.

The prize pool currently stands at 15 ETH, with 90 days left before the draw closes, while 75,120 entries remain active. The top buyer will earn 5 ETH. This is the kind of incentive that shows the team is here for the long haul, beyond the hype of specs. Given that it is already listed on CoinMarketCap and preparing for multiple exchange listings, Little Pepe may attract both retail traders and meme enthusiasts seeking fresh alternatives to SHIB and DOGE.

Floki Inu (FLOKI) — Expanding Utility Within the Meme Sector

Floki Inu (FLOKI) is a meme token with a slowly developing utility-focused edge. The altcoin remains heavily meme-centric, despite its Elon Musk-esque branding. FLOKI has established itself in DeFi, NFT gaming, and metaverse projects. Trading volume on DEXs is stable, and Floki has somewhat managed to avoid the hype bust for now, amid fierce competition.

Analysts speculate that if Bitcoin pulls liquidity back into altcoins, FLOKI is likely to be one of the most popular “established meme” plays. FLOKI needs to push aggressively to gain an advantage over similar meme projects that adopt utility-culture models. Through ongoing development and expansive global marketing campaigns, Floki is positioned to remain appealing as market demand for meme coins expands.

Mog Coin (MOG) — The Community-Driven Wildcard

Mog Coin (MOG) has branded itself as the ultimate community-driven experiment. While it lacks the technical ambitions of Little Pepe’s Layer 2 approach or Floki’s multi-sector utility, it thrives on its social virality. MOG has gained momentum through its meme branding and word-of-mouth marketing style. A surge in retail interest in Q4, driven by Bitcoin, could significantly boost this awareness. The success of past meme coins has also demonstrated that powerful narratives behind communities can be a counterweight to utility when it comes to short-term profit. For that reason, MOG could be a high-risk, high-reward speculative opportunity.

Final Thoughts

With Bitcoin’s potential surge past $130,000 in Q4, meme coins could once again come into the spotlight. Dogecoin, SHIB, and Solana price movements may attract headlines, but new entrants such as Little Pepe (LILPEPE) bring a fresh narrative that combines infrastructure with meme culture. Floki Inu (FLOKI) and Mog Coin (MOG) also remain credible contenders in this speculative cycle.

For investors exploring presales, Little Pepe’s ongoing Stage 13, its Mega Giveaway, and its innovative approach to meme-focused blockchain infrastructure make it a project worth watching. As always, market conditions remain unpredictable; however, the data suggest that these three meme coins may benefit significantly from Bitcoin’s final act in 2025.
