In a market where the major cryptos have largely matured, many investors are turning their focus to the next wave of breakout projects. The search for the next crypto to explode is centred on early-stage tokens that combine:
In that light, a project like Tapzi is drawing attention. Reports show it’s positioning itself within the “skill-to-earn” GameFi niche, an area many believe could be one of crypto’s next growth frontiers.
To create this list of potential “exploders”, we applied the following criteria:
With those in mind, Tapzi leads the list, followed by four other projects that also meet many of the criteria (though none, in our view, match Tapzi’s combination of factors).
Tapzi is a Web3 gaming platform built around skill-based competition, players stake TAPZI tokens in games where performance (not just luck) determines rewards.
According to the official site:
If Tapzi lists at $0.01 (as some sources suggest) from the current ~$0.0035 presale price, that implies ~3× potential before any broader adoption. Some bullish commentary even suggests much larger moves if the user base scales significantly.
Here are four additional projects worth monitoring (all carry higher risk than Tapzi but may offer complementary exposure):
#5 #5 Remittix (RTX) – next-generation cross-border payments network aimed at ultra-fast, low-fee remittances.

Wormhole’s native token has had a tough time since launch, debuting at $1.66 before dropping significantly despite the general crypto market’s bull cycle. Wormhole, an interoperability protocol facilitating asset transfers between blockchains, announced updated tokenomics to its native Wormhole (W) token, including a token reserve and more yield for stakers. The changes could affect the protocol’s governance, as staked Wormhole tokens allocate voting power to delegates.According to a Wednesday announcement, three main changes are coming to the Wormhole token: a W reserve funded with protocol fees and revenue, a 4% base yield for staking with higher rewards for active ecosystem participants, and a change from bulk unlocks to biweekly unlocks.“The goal of Wormhole Contributors is to significantly expand the asset transfer and messaging volume that Wormhole facilitates over the next 1-2 years,” the protocol said. According to Wormhole, more tokens will be locked as adoption takes place and revenue filters back to the company.Read more
