Best Crypto Presales for February 2026: Include Maxi Doge and Sonami, but the One With True 100x Potential Is Pepeto

What if the best crypto presale isn’t the loudest meme, but the one building real infrastructure while prices are still at the floor? Even with the market sliding, new tokens keep launching every week. Some are tiny experiments with short presale windows, others have serious backing. Either way, investors keep hunting the best crypto presales that can outperform big-cap altcoins once the cycle flips.

Among the projects being discussed right now, Pepeto is drawing the most consistent chatter across crypto communities. The reason is simple: it’s being framed as a rare hybrid meme-cycle energy paired with a utility stackand that combination is what many buyers associate with a true 100x moonshot setup.

Best Crypto Presales for February 2026: Include Maxi Doge and Sonami, but the One With True 100x Potential Is Pepeto

CME Group is planning to launch its own “CME Coin”

On Feb. 4, the CEO of CME Group, the giant behind the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the largest options and futures exchange in the world, said the company is planning to launch its own digital asset, the “CME Coin.”

The comments were not a formal product announcement, but rather a response to a question, and they arrive alongside CME’s parallel work with Google on a “tokenized cash” concept.

CME Group’s CEO Terry Duffy made the new coin plans comments on Feb. 4.
While this CME Coin concept wouldn’t land among the best crypto presales for retail, since it would likely be a private rollout, it still signals that even traditional finance giants are part of the constant pipeline of new tokens.

For anyone tracking the best crypto presales in February, this type of headline matters because it often hints at where future narratives and use cases are moving.

With that said, here are a few of the higher-upside presales getting attention this month.

Pepeto: Why Is This The Best Crypto Presale To Buy Right Now

Pepeto is an early-stage crypto project built around a clear goal: combine meme-coin reach with a utility ecosystem that can keep demand alive beyond a single hype burst.

Instead of being “just a meme,” Pepeto is marketed as a next-generation Ethereum-based meme-utility play tied to PEPE-era culture, but backed by an infrastructure roadmap, often described through components like PepetoSwap (zero-fee swap concept)Pepeto Bridge, and a Pepeto Exchange approach for verified meme tokens.

The central pitch is that these pieces aren’t random, they’re meant to create real activity that compounds. Swaps, bridge flows, listings, and liquidity actions are positioned as demand drivers that can keep attention cycling back into the ecosystem rather than fading after launch week.

This is also why Pepeto is being mentioned as one of the strongest candidates among the best crypto presales right now: it’s selling an “infrastructure-first meme” angle at a time when investors are increasingly skeptical of pure narrative tokens.

On the trust side, Pepeto highlights third-party audits, including SolidProof and Coinsult, and leans into transparency as a differentiator in a market where low-quality launches are everywhere.

For early participants, the core logic is simple: the biggest multipliers historically come from projects that are still early and still cheap, especially when the story feels bigger than a single meme cycle. Pepeto is being pitched as that kind of setup high risk, but potentially massive upside if adoption and exchange momentum materialize.

However, as with all presales, the outsized upside only applies to those who position early, before stages move, pricing climbs, and the window tightens.

Maxi Doge (MAXI)

Maxi Doge has raised more than $4.5 million, which puts it firmly among the best crypto presales in February by pure momentum. The “bodybuilder DOGE” meme angle has created traction with retail traders, especially those who still love straightforward meme narratives.

While the market has been slowly rotating from pure memes into “utility memes,” Maxi Doge continues to attract attention because the branding is simple, viral, and easy for communities to rally around.

Sonami (SNMI)

Sonami is also a meme-driven presale, but it’s positioned as a hybrid concept. Rather than leaning only on culture, it’s described as a Layer-2 style play (in this case, for Solana) with a meme character acting as the hook.

Unlike Maxi Doge, Sonami’s funding is still very small around $13,103 which places it among newer micro-presales still in their earliest phase.

For investors who like “hybrid memes,” Sonami is another name being added to February watchlists of best crypto presales.

Conclusion

Among the best crypto presales in February, Maxi Doge and Sonami are clearly getting attention. But Pepeto is the one many traders believe has the ingredients to become the next true 100x meme coin, because it’s pushing a meme narrative and an ecosystem utility story at the same time.

That said, the whole point of presale asymmetry is timing. If you want maximum upside, you generally don’t wait until the crowd arrives. Early buyers get the best pricing, the strongest positioning, and the widest gap to any future listing hype.

FAQs

When will Maxi Doge enter markets?

That’s still unclear. Many presales move timelines based on market conditions and demand. Pepeto, by comparison, is being framed around a structured rollout narrative tied to its ecosystem buildout.

What makes Pepeto the best crypto presale in February?

Pepeto is being discussed because it combines meme-cycle appeal with an infrastructure-driven roadmap, plus trust signaling through third-party audits, something that isn’t always present in typical meme presales.

How can Pepeto jump 100x in price?

The 100x narrative is based on classic early-stage dynamics: low starting valuation, stage-based pricing, and the idea that ecosystem activity (swaps, bridge flows, exchange-style demand) can compound attention during the next bull cycle.

U.S. Senate panel to hold crypto tax policy hearing on October 1

U.S. Senate panel to hold crypto tax policy hearing on October 1

The Senate Banking Committee will hold a public hearing on October 1 to go after one of the most confusing messes in U.S. finance right now:- how crypto gets taxed. The committee confirmed the date in a notice first reported by Eleanor Terrett, and witnesses lined up include Jason Somensatto, Policy Director at Coin Center; Andrea S. Kramer, founding member of ASKramer Law; Lawrence Zlatkin, Vice President of Taxation at Coinbase; and Annette Nellen, Chair of the Digital Asset Taxation Working Group under the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This hearing is meant to address a problem that’s pissed off crypto users for years, which is why every small crypto transaction, even a few dollars, triggers a tax headache. The Senate is being pushed to finally look at de minimis exemptions, which would let people use crypto for daily stuff (like grabbing a coffee) without reporting every damn thing to the IRS. Trump administration backs small crypto tax relief Cryptopolitan reported back in July that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt had said that the Trump administration still wants to push through the de minimis exemption in upcoming laws. “The president did signal his support for de minimis exemption for crypto and the administration continues to be in support of that,” Karoline said. She explained that right now, using crypto for basic purchases is too complicated because of tax rules, but a change could make everyday payments smoother. “We are definitely receptive to it to make crypto payments easier and more efficient for those who seek to use crypto as simple as buying a cup of coffee — of course, right now, that cannot happen, but with the de minimis exemption perhaps it could in the future.” Karoline also revealed that President Trump plans to host a signing ceremony for the GENIUS Act, a stablecoin-focused bill expected to pass soon. That bill is part of his administration’s broader goal to make the U.S. “the crypto capital of the world.” The Senate has already tried and failed to deal with this issue before. In 2020, two Democratic lawmakers proposed the Virtual Currency Tax Fairness Act, which aimed to ignore tax on crypto gains below $200. It didn’t even make it to a vote. A similar version in 2022 also died on the floor. Then came a broader bill in 2025 called the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which covered everything from taxes to border control. Senator Cynthia Lummis, a Republican from Wyoming, tried to get a crypto exemption added in for gains under $300, but that proposal got scrapped before the final bill passed. President Trump signed it into law on July 4 without the crypto language attached. Right now, the IRS says every single crypto transaction must be reported, even if there’s no gain or the amount is tiny. If you spend $5 of bitcoin, that’s a taxable event. The idea behind the de minimis exemption is to cut through that nonsense and give users room to breathe. But it hasn’t been easy. Lawmakers face real obstacles. First, the federal government depends on tax income. If it suddenly lets millions of small crypto transactions go untaxed, that means less money coming in. And there’s no sign yet of how they’ll offset that shortfall. Even with strong voices like Cynthia and Jason in the room, the Senate still hasn’t landed on a solution. October 1 might give them a chance to do something useful. Or it might be another meeting where everyone talks and nothing happens. Get seen where it counts.
