Issuance and Allocation Mechanism

The issuance of Fartcoin followed a "Fair Launch" model where the vast majority of the supply was made available at the Token Generation Event (TGE). The total supply is distributed between the community and the AI entity associated with the project's origin.

• AI Integration: The 2% allocation to Truth Terminal (the AI creator) serves as a unique incentive and recognition of the autonomous agent's role in the project's inception.

Locking Mechanism and Unlocking Time

Fartcoin does not utilize a long-term vesting or locking schedule for its initial allocations. Both the community and the creator allocations were designed to be fully liquid from the start.

• Locking Mechanism: There is no active locking mechanism for the primary allocations. Both the 2% AI allocation and the 98% community allocation were designated as "cliff" unlocks with "instant" granularity.
• Unlocking Time: The full supply was unlocked on October 20, 2024.
  • Truth Terminal: 20,100,000 tokens were released instantly on the TGE date.
  • Community: 979,900,000 tokens were released instantly on the TGE date.

Because 100% of the tokens were released at the time of launch, there are no future unlocking events or inflationary pressures stemming from team or investor vesting schedules.
